You won’t need to count calories in this kickstart, I’ve done the hard work for you! You’ll learn how to cook and make food tasty. You won’t ever feel hungry or deprived. Coeliac/Gluten Free and lactose intolerant friendly. You can easily customize the meals to suit your vegan or veggie lifestyle.
